## What Intelogos is

AI Performance Management for Data-Driven Teams. Intelogos is the AI-native workforce analytics platform that turns real-time activity into measurable KPIs, benchmarks, and recommendations. Build high-performing teams with data, not guesswork.

The platform includes a real-time dashboard, seven KPIs (workday, availability, activity, engagement, productivity, contribution and an overall rating), team and daily activity views, user profiles, the Chronicle activity timeline, time and advanced reports with snapshots, CSV exports and email reports, tool categorization, work hours policies, projects tracking and time off management. The AI Intelligence plan adds advanced AI: Ask AI, chat history, AI performance summaries, AI coaching recommendations and Intelogos MCP.

## Deployment

Intelogos collects data through a lightweight tracking agent installed on each computer. Without an agent, Intelogos has no data for that device. There are two agent types, and both can be used in the same organization.

- Desktop agents: Run visibly on the user's computer as a menu bar or system tray icon, optionally with a timer. The user installs the agent from an invitation email and can start, stop or quit it at any time.
- Background agents: Run as a system process with no timer or visible interface. An Owner or Admin deploys them locally (PowerShell on Windows, Terminal on macOS) or remotely through MDM or RMM tools; new devices appear on the Background Agents page within about 20 minutes.

### What the agents record

- Time worked: when the workday starts and ends, breaks and idle periods
- Application and website usage: which tools are used and for how long
- Activity levels: keyboard and mouse interaction, used to tell active time from idle time

With MDM or RMM tools, background agents can be rolled out to hundreds of machines in minutes.

## Data and privacy

The privacy policy lists what the agents collect and what they never collect.

### Collected

- Application usage: names and identifiers of applications and processes, with start and stop times and duration of use
- Website and browser activity: URLs visited, page titles, browser names and time spent on each page
- Window information: titles of active windows, which can include document names or email subject lines
- Keyboard and mouse activity indicators: whether the keyboard and mouse are active or idle in a given period
- Time and attendance: login and logout times, active and idle periods, total work hours, break periods and attendance patterns
- Project and task tracking: time allocated to projects or tasks as configured by the customer, including manual entries
- System information: operating system, device type, device name, IP address and timezone

### Never collected

- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Keystroke content (which keys are pressed or what is typed)
- Mouse click content, cursor positions or movements
- Webcam images or audio recordings
- The substantive content displayed on screen

Window titles and website URLs may still contain sensitive or personal information, such as email subject lines, document titles or search queries.

## Security

- SOC 2 audited: security controls are independently audited, with enterprise-grade encryption and access controls
- Data encrypted at rest and in transit
- Regular security audits and compliance checks

On reasonable request, and no more than once per calendar year, Intelogos provides a summary of its information security program and any applicable third-party security certifications or audit reports.

SSO/SAML authentication, Audit logs, Custom data retention, API access, Dedicated account manager and Team onboarding are available on the Enterprise plan.
