On the right side of the dashboard you will see outstanding performance on the individual level and performance comparison on the team level.
Graphs for different stats make it possible for you to compare how your team is performing daily and also compare this week to last, or this month to the last one. This makes it easier for you to track the affect of changes you make to your team.
