Work rate stat is often indicative of the overall engagement of an employee. It looks into how much time a person spends inside work related apps and how active they are during that time. This can serve as a base level for engagement understanding but you can learn much more by looking deeper into workrate.
If you go inside the work rate stat you will see what it consists of. Among other things here you can see how engaged this person is with certain apps. This can show you what this person likes doing more or what they are more engaged with.
Another way to understand engagement is just to monitor how different stats change over time. In Intelogos you will have a full history of each individual stat and also of their overall score. This way if you see that the performance levels and stats are dropping this can be an indicator that person is becoming less engaged with their work.
