Intelogos lets you create a time off policy with different time off types. Create unpaid time off and any number of paid time offs. Also you can create custom rules for who gets to approve certain people’s time off requests and what are the requirements for the approval.
You can customize who gets to approve time offs in different ways. If you have teams inside of your company then you can select a team lead who will make the approvals. Want to have head of the department approve it? No problem. Or just have a standalone HR person who needs to check all time off requests? That can be done too!
While creating time off policy you can set rules for which time off requests can be automatically approved to save your time. You can set the approval be conditioned on having a certain number of days left till the start of the time off, a certain number of days left in the time off policy, and the actual number of days requested.
