Team

View and compare team-wide performance metrics in a customizable table.

Welcome to the Intelogos Team page!

The Team Page serves as a central hub for understanding your team's structure, capabilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs). It offers a detailed view of how your team is performing across various metrics, allowing managers and team members to monitor productivity, engagement, and overall performance at a glance.

This guide will help you understand and effectively use the Team page to review team-wide metrics per user, filter and group users, and export data. The page is designed to be flexible and customizable—users can configure which columns, filters, and groupings best fit their needs.

Who Can Access the Team Page?

The Team page is available to:

  • Managers – See only the users they've been granted access to
  • Admins – Organization-wide access
  • Owners – Organization-wide access

Location on page: The Team link is located in the left sidebar navigation, under the main navigation group. It is represented by a Users icon.

Overview

The Team page provides a sortable, filterable, and customizable table of users with key performance indicators. It is table-focused—there are no KPI cards or charts here. It provides a quick reference view of your team's details and performance metrics.

You can group users (e.g., by Department) and review summary rows for each group to spot trends and outliers quickly.

Page Layout

Header Section

Location on page: Fixed at the very top of the page, spanning the full width.

  • Left Side: Displays the name of the page — Team — preceded by a Users icon.
  • Right Side: Includes a Date Range Picker, which determines the time period for the displayed data.

Card Section

Location on page: Below the header, occupying the main content area.

  • Card Header: Displays the page title "Team" with a Users icon on the left side. On the right side of the card header, two action buttons appear once the table is ready:
    • Download button (Download icon) — Automatically downloads the table data as a CSV file.
    • Select Columns button (Columns icon) — Opens a popover to manage column visibility and order.

Filter Toolbar

Location on page: Inside the card, directly above the data table.

The filter toolbar contains all filtering controls arranged horizontally from left to right:

  1. Group By — A dropdown to group table rows.
  2. Status — A checkbox filter for user activity status.
  3. Job title — A checkbox filter for job titles.
  4. Department — A checkbox filter for departments.
  5. Projects — A checkbox filter for projects (only when projects are enabled).
  6. Manager — A filter for manager selection.
  7. Search by name… — A text input field for searching users by name.

Data Table

Location on page: Inside the card, below the filter toolbar.

A detailed table of users with sortable, resizable columns. When a grouping is applied, rows are organized into collapsible sections.

Date Range Behavior

Location on page: The Date Range Picker is located in the top-right corner of the page header.

The Team page uses the global Date Range Picker to determine the time period for the displayed data. Clicking the picker opens a panel with preset ranges and a custom date selector.

Preset Ranges

  • Today
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 6 months
  • Week to date
  • Month to date
  • Year to date

The selected date range is synchronized across most other pages in the product (e.g., Dashboard), ensuring consistency in reporting and analysis. If you change the date range on another page and return to the Team page, the data will be updated for that new range.

Tips:

  • Use the same date range as the Dashboard when comparing table values to KPIs.
  • Prefer completed days/weeks for evaluations to avoid in-flight data.

Filters

Filters help narrow down the displayed data to only what you need to see.

Available Filters

Location on page: All filters are located in the filter toolbar, inside the card, directly above the data table. Filters appear as buttons with a "+" icon prefix, arranged horizontally from left to right.

  • Status – Filter by user activity status. Options are displayed as checkboxes and include Active and Away. Removed users are excluded from the filter options. This filter appears when the Status column is visible and there is at least one Active or Away user in the data.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, after the Group By control.

  • Job title – Filter users by their job title/role. Options are displayed as checkboxes and are populated dynamically from your organization's data.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, after the Status filter.

  • Department – Filter users by organizational department. Options are displayed as checkboxes and are populated dynamically from your organization's data.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, after the Job title filter.

  • Projects – Filter users based on project participation. Options are displayed as checkboxes and are populated dynamically from your organization's projects. This filter only appears when projects are enabled for your organization.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, after the Department filter (conditional).

  • Manager – Filter by direct manager. This filter uses an API-backed manager list and allows multi-select.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, after the Projects filter (or after Department if Projects is not enabled).

  • Search by Name – A text input field to quickly locate a specific team member. As you type a name, the table dynamically filters out all other results. The search is debounced (300ms delay) for performance.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, at the far right. Placeholder text reads "Search by name…".

How to Use Filters

  1. Click the filter button you want to adjust (e.g., "+ Department").
  2. A popover opens with available options as checkboxes.
  3. Select one or more options.
  4. Click Apply to apply the filter. The table updates immediately.
  5. To clear a filter, open it again and click Reset, or click the "+" icon on an active filter to clear it.

Tips

  • Combine multiple filters to narrow results precisely (e.g., "Marketing Department" + "Active" status).
  • If you see "No results," try clearing your filters and expanding the date range.
  • The Projects filter and column will only appear when projects are enabled in Settings.
  • Filter options (Job title, Department, Projects) are populated dynamically from your organization's data. If no options appear, the organization may not have that data configured yet.

Group By

Location on page: The Group By control is the first button in the filter toolbar (far left), labeled "+ Group by" with a ChevronDown icon. When a grouping is active, the selected group name appears highlighted next to the label.

The Team Page allows grouping of data for better organization and comparison.

Grouping Options

You can group rows (team members) by:

  • None — No grouping applied (default).
  • Job title — Group by the user's role or position.
  • Department — Group by organizational department.
  • Projects — Group by project participation (only available when projects are enabled for your organization).
  • Manager — Group by the user's direct manager.

How to Use Group By

  1. Click the "+ Group by" button in the filter toolbar.
  2. A dropdown popover opens with the available grouping options.
  3. Click on the desired grouping option. A checkmark appears next to the active selection.
  4. The table instantly reorganizes into collapsible groups.
  5. To remove grouping, select None from the dropdown.

Group Headers

When a grouping is applied, each group appears as a collapsible section.

  • Clicking the group header row expands or collapses the view to show/hide the individual team members within that group. A chevron icon (right-pointing when collapsed, down-pointing when expanded) indicates the current state.
  • The header shows the group name and user count.
  • The header row also shows summary cells: these display averages for numeric columns (Workday, Overall rating, Availability, Activity, Engagement, Productivity) and a total for the Contribution column for that specific group.
  • Tooltips on summary cells indicate whether the value is an "Average for the group" or "Total for the group."

Tips: Use grouping to compare performance across teams or managers and to surface outliers within a specific cohort.

Columns & Meanings

Users can toggle on or off specific columns depending on what they want to analyze. The table supports the following columns:

Basic Information

  • Avatar – Visual identifier showing the user's profile picture or initials.
Not sortable. Not resizable. Always visible.
Location on page: First column in the table.

    Sortable.
Location on page: Second column in the table, next to Avatar.

  • Status – Shows user activity status as a colored badge.

    • Active (green badge): Last activity within ~15 minutes. Tooltip: "Active less than 15 minutes ago."
    • Away (neutral badge): Last activity more than ~15 minutes ago. Tooltip: "Last active: " or "No recent activity."

  • Manager – The person this team member reports to. Hover to see the full text in a tooltip.
    Sortable. Filterable. Hidden by default.
Location on page: By default, sixth column in the table (after Department) when visible. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

Project Information

  • Projects – Shows which projects each user is part of. Multiple projects are displayed as a comma-separated list. Hover to see the full list in a tooltip. This column is only available if projects are enabled in Settings.
Sortable. Filterable. Conditional — only visible when projects are enabled.
Location on page: By default, appears after the basic information columns when visible. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

Performance Metrics

All performance metric columns display a percentage value alongside a colored progress bar, except Workday and Contribution which display time values.

  • Workday – The average amount of time tracked on a workday. If idle time is saved, it is included.
    Displayed as a time value (e.g., "8h 31m"). Hover for a tooltip.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, the first performance metric column (after basic information and project columns). Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

  • Overall rating – A combined performance score based on engagement, productivity, and activity metrics.
Displayed as a percentage with a light-green progress bar.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, after the Workday column. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

  • Availability – The portion of the day the user was working, out of the total amount of time they were expected to work.
Displayed as a percentage with a cyan progress bar.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, after the Overall rating column. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

  • Activity – The level of interaction with the computer through mouse and keyboard usage. Calculated as the percentage of active seconds out of the total number of seconds tracked.
Displayed as a percentage with a pink progress bar.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, after the Availability column. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

  • Engagement – The portion of time spent in primary and secondary tools out of the total tracked time.
Displayed as a percentage with a yellow/warning progress bar.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, after the Activity column. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

  • Productivity – The portion of active work minutes spent in primary and secondary tools out of the total possible time based on how much users are expected to work. If any second is active within a minute, then the entire minute is counted as active.
Displayed as a percentage with a green/success progress bar.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, after the Engagement column. Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

  • Contribution – The total number of active work minutes spent in primary and secondary tools. If any second is active within a minute, then the entire minute is counted as active.
Displayed as an absolute time value (e.g., "84h 54m"). Hover for a tooltip.
    Sortable.
Location on page: By default, the last performance metric column (rightmost). Actual position depends on which columns are enabled and their configured order.

Notes:

  • When no data is available for a metric, a dash "—" is displayed instead of a value.
  • Column visibility is customizable and persisted in your browser's local storage (key: team-column-visibility).
  • Column widths are resizable and also persisted in local storage.
  • Default visible columns: Avatar, Name, Status, Job title, Workday, Overall rating, Availability, Activity, Engagement, Productivity, Contribution.
  • Default hidden columns: Department, Manager, Projects (when enabled).

Recommendations:

  • For a quick performance review, show: Name, Workday, Activity, Engagement, Productivity, Overall Rating.
  • For organizational analysis, enable: Department, Manager, Job title and use grouping.

Column Customization

Column Visibility

Location on page: Click the Columns icon button (four vertical lines) in the top-right corner of the card header, to the right of the Download button.

A popover opens displaying a list of all available columns with checkboxes:

  1. Check a column name to show it in the table.
  2. Uncheck a column name to hide it from the table.
  3. Changes apply immediately.
  4. Your visibility preferences are persisted in your browser's local storage, so they carry over between sessions.

Column Reordering

Location on page: Inside the column visibility popover (same as above).

Each column entry has a drag handle (grip icon) on the right side. You can drag and drop columns to reorder them:

  1. Open the column visibility popover.
  2. Grab the grip icon next to a column name.
  3. Drag it to the desired position.
  4. Release to apply the new order. A brief flash animation confirms the move.

Column Resizing

Location on page: On the border between column headers in the data table.

  • Drag the border between two column headers to resize a column.
  • Double-click the column border to reset that column to its default width.
  • Column widths are persisted in local storage, so your sizing preferences carry over between sessions.

Interacting with the Table

  • Sort: Click any sortable column header to sort by that column; click again to toggle the sort direction (ascending/descending). Sorting is performed client-side. Columns with no data ("—") are sorted to the end.
Location on page: Column headers in the data table. Sortable columns display a sort indicator icon.

  • Search: Use the "Search by name…" text field to filter by user name.
Location on page: Far right of the filter toolbar.

  • Filter: Apply Status, Job title, Department, Projects, or Manager filters as needed.
Location on page: Filter toolbar, above the data table.

  • Group by: Choose a grouping option from the Group By dropdown; click any group header row to expand or collapse its members.
Location on page: Group By is the first control in the filter toolbar. Group headers appear as rows in the data table.

  • Navigate: Click a user's Name to open their individual Profile page for deeper analysis.
Location on page: Name column in any data row.

  • Customize columns: Use the Columns icon button to show, hide, or reorder columns; drag column borders to resize.
Location on page: Columns icon button is in the top-right corner of the card header.

Export Data

Location on page: Click the Download icon button in the top-right corner of the card header (left of the Columns button).

The export feature lets you download the team table data as a CSV file for offline use, record-keeping, further analysis, or sharing data outside the system.

How to Export

  1. Click the Download icon button in the card header.
  2. A CSV file is generated and downloaded automatically. The filename follows the pattern team-data-YYYY-MM-DD.

What Is Included in the Export

  • Only currently visible columns are included.
  • The export reflects all active filters.
  • If grouped, the data is exported as flattened rows (group headers are not included).

Tips: Confirm your filters and visible columns before exporting to ensure the file reflects your intended slice of data.

Best Practices

  • Customize columns to focus on the metrics that matter most for your role (e.g., managers may prioritize productivity, while HR may focus on engagement).
  • Use grouping and filtering together to create focused views, such as "Marketing Department – Active Users."
  • Regularly export data (CSV) for tracking historical performance data or sharing updates during performance reviews.
  • Sync the date range before switching to other pages (like the Dashboard) to maintain reporting consistency.
  • Use column reordering to place the most important metrics closer to the Name column for easier scanning.

Data Freshness

The data freshness cadence is the same as the Dashboard and Profile pages:

  • Activity data updates roughly every 10 minutes.
  • Some metrics stabilize within 24 hours.
  • For the most accurate reports, prefer using date ranges that end 1–2 days ago.

Troubleshooting

I see no results

Cause: Your filters are too restrictive, or you have an empty date range selected.

Solution: Clear all applied filters and/or extend the date range.

I see "No data available"

Cause: The system has not yet loaded data, or there are no users matching the current criteria.

Solution: Wait for the data to load. If the issue persists, check that you have users assigned to your management scope and that the date range includes days with tracked activity.

Columns are missing

Cause: The columns are hidden via the column visibility settings.

Solution: Click the Columns icon button (four vertical lines) in the top-right corner of the card header and re-enable the columns you wish to see.

A user's Status looks stale

Cause: The page is awaiting the next data update cycle.

Solution: Wait 10–15 minutes for the next data refresh.

Projects features aren't visible

Cause: Projects are not enabled for your organization in the system settings.

Solution: Ask an Admin or Owner to enable projects in the organization's settings. Once enabled, the Projects column, filter, and Group By option will appear automatically.

Data shows "—" for a user

Cause: The user has no tracked activity for the selected date range, or data has not yet been processed.

Solution: Extend the date range to include more days, or wait for data processing to complete.

Error loading data

Cause: A temporary network or server issue prevented the data from loading.

Solution: Click the "Try Again" button that appears in the table area to retry loading the data. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or contact support.
