Intelogos MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that connects your AI assistant to your organization's Intelogos data, so you can ask about people, KPIs, daily activity, tool usage and time off in plain language.

## What Intelogos MCP does

Once connected, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other MCP client can look up people, departments and projects, pull KPIs and performance stats, read daily activity and work sessions, analyze application usage and check work schedules and time off, then answer your questions in plain language, in the tool you already use.

It is a remote server run by Intelogos: you add its URL and your organization's credentials to your client, and there is nothing to install or host yourself.

## How it works

1. Create the connection: An Account Owner or Admin opens Settings → MCP. The tab issues the MCP URL, a Client ID and a Client Secret for your organization.
2. Add it to your client: Paste the URL and the credentials into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any other MCP client as a remote server. Nothing to install or host.
3. Ask in plain language: Your assistant calls the Intelogos tools it needs and answers with your team's data: people, KPIs, daily activity, tool usage and time off.

## Who can connect

An Account Owner or Admin creates the connection in Settings → MCP. That tab issues a Client ID and Client Secret for your organization; managers and regular users don't see it.

Your MCP client signs in with those credentials over OAuth 2.0. Requests without a valid token are refused, so the endpoint alone gives no access to any data.

Admins keep control of the connection from the same tab:

- Regenerate issues a new Client Secret and invalidates the previous one.
- Deactivate pauses AI access without deleting the connection.
- Delete removes the connection permanently.

## Which plan includes it

Intelogos MCP is included in the AI Intelligence and Enterprise plans and not in Analytics. AI Intelligence costs $12 per license per month, billed yearly, or $15 per license per month, billed monthly. [See all plans on the pricing page](https://www.intelogos.com/pricing)

## What your assistant can access

The server exposes 39 read tools in 7 groups. The full tool reference, with every tool's name and purpose, is in the help center. [Tool reference in the help center](https://www.intelogos.com/help/getting-started/managing-with-ai/intelogos-mcp#what-your-assistant-can-access)

- Search and lookup: Find a person, department or project, then fetch its record.
- People, teams and org structure: Who is in the organization and how it is organized.
- Performance and KPIs: KPIs, rankings and highlights for people, departments and groups.
- Daily activity and work sessions: How a day, a session or an hour was spent.
- Work time, schedules and policies: Worked time against expected hours and the configured schedule.
- Applications and tools: Which applications and websites are used, and how they are categorized.
- Time off: Time-off requests, balances, policies and the team calendar.

## Set it up

Setup takes a few minutes: an admin copies the MCP URL, Client ID and Client Secret from Settings → MCP and adds them as a remote MCP server in the client's settings. The help center walks through Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients, and lists example prompts to try first.
