Let’s be honest. A business is only as good as the people that work there.

Let’s be honest. A business is only as good as the people that work there.

The best ones will motivate the entire team and help increase profits, making your business a success. The worst ones will drag everyone down and run your business into the ground.

So, understanding who you should try to keep and who you should cut is pretty important…

Fortunately, it’s easy to know who is who with Intelogos.

company work summary

Email report: Unless you change the default settings, you will be getting daily emails with info on your top 10 company performers. You can customize this report to group users by departments or projects and change what you actually see in the report.

hall of fame dashboard based on categories

Hall of fame: The hall of fame is always seen right on your dashboard. This is the fastest way to see your top 3 users in different categories.

employee classification from best perorming to worst

Performance: The performance view will show you the list of all members of your team. This list is sorted by the overall rating by default, so you will see the best performers on top and the worst performers at the bottom.

employee good statistics

Profile: Profiles give you a much deeper look at what makes someone a good or a bad performer. Here, you can see all of their stats, their history, and much more. Needless to say, the best performers will have higher numbers across the board.

engagement categories

Work rate and engagement: You can tap on any stat to learn more about it. Work rate is a great example because it shows the level of engagement with different apps. If the main work apps of this person are in the engaged category, then it’s a great sign that they are a top performer. If it’s in the disengaged category, then it can be a sign that the user isn’t trying hard enough.

employee daily working time report

Time & Attendance: It’s true that time alone is not the best indicator of performance. That's why you can use all of the metrics above. However, we see there is an ongoing tendency that those who work more are usually those who have better stats across the board as well.
